I've never understood how these commands worked lol
IRC has never been something I understood
Nor tried to understand
I coded those
My program "Scyther" connects to the IRC server and stays in the channel
and reads all messages
when it sees one with a ! in front it parses it
If its a valid command it runs the corresponding script
