I started a discord server and pretty much the first day it went down in flames the rules didn't work I didn't have enough moderators an overall I wasn't prepared if you have any thing you could say that would help me or tips I wouldn't mind
I have no idea what your talking about but in general admin is very difficult. Lots of people in the rpg scene don't like me because of decisions I've made and the only people still left on TPK are the people who like my decisions. If your dealing with friends you can't just get them to go along with whatever your pressuring them to do. None of my irl friends care about TPK at all and barely Walden's world. That's not how that relationship is supposed to work
